Homemade Mozzarella cheese-making workshop. Making cheese is easy, enjoyable, and a rewarding experience. We use fresh, local non-homogizined goat /cows milk blend, citric acid, and rennet.

Part 2: Meet the Girls 

                     Meet the goats and try your hand at milking the does.

Part 3: Make Your Cheese

                     Learn curd stretching; a mozzarella cheese making technique.

Part 4: Cheese Pairings Concepts

Fee: $35 per person

What to Bring:

  • Close-toed shoes that can get muddy
